A very welcoming Victorian town house with a modern contemporary interior, set in the heart of Angel, Islington. The space is 3 minutes walk to Upper Street and 15 mins walk to Shoreditch, yet is still in a very peaceful neighbourhood.
The main spaces are set over 2 floors and all of the areas are great for working by yourself in a comfy setting, or group working situations. The Dinning room will seat 6 people around the table and is a great main work area. The Lounge will seat 7-8 people.
There are heated floors in Kitchen and Dinning Room, Super High-Speed Internet and Sky TV. The decked tropical evergreen garden can be used all year round. Complimentary drinks and refreshments are included such as, coffee, tea's and orange juice and fresh fruit.
There are also a number of great nearby pubs for after work drinks, including the award winning Duke Of Cambridge organic pub and the Narrow Boat Pub, both within 200 yards of the space!
