The Hermit Office
This is a versatile, contemporary and calming flat in Kings Cross. It's a large, open plan space with a work table that can seat up to 8 people. The sofa is a great work/meeting spot, and you will have access to the modern kitchen to make coffee for the team. The flat also has a wonderful private garden, great for catching some fresh air, cigarette breaks or to work in if the weather's nice - it's a real suntrap. There's also Ginger, my awesome cat for purrs and cuddles.
The space can be used for client meetings, workshops, pitches, presentations, breakout sessions or focus groups. There's fast broadband and Kings Cross is less than 10 minutes walk away - ideal for access to Victoria, Northern and overground trains.

I'm currently studying for my MA and working as a Private EA. I'm relaxed, fun and easygoing; looking for a business of interesting people to share my space. There are dozens of lively bars and a great selection of restaurants, in addition to a host of traditional pubs for after work get-togethers.
