The Hermit Office
A modern workspace in the heart of Notting Hill - perfect for a small team to use whenever they like during the week. The office is situated in the dining area towards the back of the house. It is light and airy, with ample space for any additional furniture or equipment you may require.
There is some existing storage, but if you would like to bring along additional lockable units then that's no problem. We have a spare monitor/keyboard, as well as a functioning printer/scanner which you are welcome to use.
The room overlooks a south-facing garden, offering natural light throughout the day. The kitchen is adjacent to the office and comes with unlimited coffee capsules and tea.
The Homeowners (Joy and Francis)
We are a couple, enjoying the quiet life in our lovely 3 bedroom home in the heart of London. Most days are spent pottering around the garden, having lunch with friends or blending into the crowds in the nearby market. We are social creatures, and would love to find the right people to come and use our home to work in. We ask that you respect our space as we will certainly respect yours. Do get in touch if you're interested and we would love to speak.
We will always make sure that we are around to let you in, or a neighbour will have a key for times when we are not around. If you are driving, there is a reasonably priced car park only 10 minutes down the road.
The Location (Notting Hill)
Notting Hill is a fun, ever-changing and lively area in London with good transport links into the heart of the city. It has a fantastic range of bars, cafes and restaurants, not to mention the world famous Portobello Road with its antique shops and vintage clothing outlets (for when work gets a bit much).
