This is a well-finished, modern apartment, just moments from the centre of Vauxhall. There is a large open-plan living area with a great workspace - a work table with space for up to four people. The living area can be also be used for meetings, work or just to relax in! Access hours during the week are between 09:00 and 18:00.
The flat has high speed wifi, lots of natural light and the kitchen is well equipped, which you and your team are welcome to use for lunch. There is good furniture throughout, but if you have small bits and pieces that you want to bring, that can be negotiated.
The space is a 5-10 minute walk from both Vauxhall and Oval stations, and as such offers great access to lots of the trendy bars, shops and restaurants nearby. It's also a 5 minute walk from Oval cricket ground, if an evening trip to watch a game of 2020 is your sort of thing.... Any small business looking for a private base near the centre of town should love this space - get in touch.

Riverside Vauxhall is ideally located for access to Waterloo station, the Houses of Parliament, the Thames and the Victoria line, not the mention the growing list of shops and restaurants that continue to pop up in this vibrant part of London. As the American Embassy opens nearby this year, you can expect the continued growth of this up and coming business hub.
