The Hermit Office
This is the perfect agile space for a small business to transform into their ideal office. It's a 3rd floor loft conversion with huge floor space, air conditioning and views over the canal. It's a completely blank canvas, where you can bring your own furniture, and enjoy the space in total peace. The room is big enough to fit seven medium sized desks, and can also house printer/scanner/photocopier if required.
The whole space is clean and durable, so maintenance is low. Feel free to keep your belongings in the house overnight and at weekends (the space really is yours!). There's no bathroom on the floor but you can use the main bathroom on the 1st floor, which is kept tidy. If you need somewhere to cook, the kitchen is also available to you throughout the day.
The space is available during social daytime hours and at weekends. We are often away on Saturday and Sunday, so you would have the whole place to yourself.

We are excited to welcome your business in our home and want to make every effort to accommodate you as much as we can. We'd describe ourselves as fun, friendly and outgoing people. In terms of access, we will provide a key for use by a member of your business. We ask that when you're not in, you leave the key in the key safe. We have a small dog, who is only in the house when we are and she is super friendly.

Situated on the bank of the Thames and boasting its own common, Wandsworth is a perfectly formed neighbourhood in South West London. Its overground train links and large townhouses make it a popular location with families and young professionals alike. The riverside is adorned with pubs and restaurants, and the Village contains a charming selection of independent shops and cafes.
