This is a pleasant space for any business needing a central base, with all of the amenities of a more conventional office. It features a large "cook's kitchen" and dining area that can accomodate 5 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, with tea/coffee facilities, fridge storage space and a filtered water tap. The garden area has outdoor seating and a barbecue for those rare British summer moments.
Our road is a 10 minute walk to Hoxton underground, which provides fast access to the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines. There are a host of good coffee shops nearby, and there is a supermarket 2 streets away.

We are a family who are constantly busy; whether that be at work or school, doing some activity or club, venturing abroad or visiting friends. We are an "outdoors-y" type of family, so if you need bikes, wellies, hats or crossbows, we are the ones to go to! We are looking for a fun group of friendly people, with basic requirements for an office and a tolerance for the occasional piece of school homework left in the kitchen!"
We are out of the house from 07:45 until 17:30 (when the kids usually get back from school). We can provide your business with a set of house keys.

The slightly less glamorous sister of Shoreditch, Haggerston makes up for it with authentic urban charm. The amazing variety of murals pays tribute to the creative work that goes on in the area. Indubitably cool.
