The Hermit Office
The space on offer is a stunning, graffiti clad open plan living area which can easily accommodate up to eight people to work there. You can choose to work on the dining table, our large comfy sofa, or the bean bags.
Our flat is extremely easy to get to, located just behind Hoxton overground station, and is within the boundaries of Tech City, with the vibrant nightlife of Shoreditch just around the corner.
The entire flat was fully refurbished at the end of last year after we bought it. We are an entrepreneurial couple ourselves and run a company based in Clerkenwell so are super keen to support startups by offering our space to a small business.

I am a serial entrepreneur based in East London, having founded GrantTree and other businesses. I am also a sharing economy lover so am keen to welcome a small business into my home!

The bustling creative hub of London - converted warehouses and quirky spaces provide a home for many of the capital's coolest startups. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more interesting place to work in town, with the added benefit of some of the top restaurants around.
