This is the perfect workspace for a creative business looking to work in a relaxed environment, who would enjoy the company of other guests coming and going each week. This huge loft space is an inspiring, atmospheric and sociable space unlike any other, filled with vintage furniture and the homeowner’s original artwork.

 

The working area features a large dining table and three sofas for chilling out, all within an open plan setup. There’s a modern yet functional kitchen situated next to Steve’s own musical space, where he spends much of his time writing music. There is also a verdant outside space with a table and three seats, where smoking is permitted. Super-fast wi-fi comes as standard.

 

Steve works at home, so respectfully asks that guests will use headphones if they're listening to music or watching TV/stuff on laptop whilst he working. Access hours are from 11am until 7pm, as Steve regularly works late. 

 

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Willesden Junction Station, with three overground lines and the Bakerloo line connecting you to the capital’s centre in under 25 minutes. Notting Hill and Wembley are located nearby.

The Location (Harlesden)

 

Harlesden is an up-and-coming, generally working class, multi-cultural area that is vibrant and friendly, close to Notting Hill and Wembley.
I've lived in the area for over five years and have never encountered any threat of crime. My apartment is in the coolest, gated development in 'the hood'.

The Homeowner (Steve)

 

I'm a singer-songwriter, author, painter and photographer living and working in London since 1973. I've had an amazing life, having been a rock star, a pop star, a club promoter and celebrity party organiser and a freelance journalist. Apart from my work, I'm a wannabe interior designer, which the apartment is testament to. I'm also love cooking. I'm a night-person and don't do early mornings unless absolutely necessary. I'm very clean and tidy and ask my guests to be similarly inclined. However, having said that, after dinner is generally time to communally chill and chat with a glass or three of wine.
