The Hermit Office
The space available is a bright kitchen/diner in our 2nd floor flat, right in the centre of Brixton. There is ample room for four people to work at the table, and you are welcome to use the living room to work also, or to host meetings in. The kitchen is well equipped (Nespresso machine etc), and we're happy for you to use it for lunch or whatever - provided it's kept clean! We have high speed internet, as well as Netflix/Amazon Prime.
The flat itself is in lovely condition and we certainly enjoy living here.. It is a 2 minute walk to Brixton tube, and quite literally a stone's throw from Pop Brixton and all the culinary delights that it has to offer, as well as all of the other bars, shops and restaurants in town.
The Homeowners (Max and Nate)
We are mates from University who have shared a flat for the last two years. Nate works in finance, and Max for a Tech startup. We're relatively easy going and both tend to work long hours so you will have the flat to your self for most of the time... We're both keen sportsmen (football, running and golf badly), and love a Friday beer in Brixton.
We both work relatively long hours, so will give you a spare key to let yourselves in with. We have said the access hours are 8:30 until 18:00 in the listing, but if there's an emergency and you have to work late once in a while, we will of course be flexible!
