The Hermit Office
A stylish office space in a light, modern and spacious mews house, located only a short walk from Angel tube station. We are within walking distance of nearby shops, bars and restaurants. This is the perfect space for a business that is low maintenance and likes having space to think. There's a comfy TV area, large desk and high-speed fibre optic broadband for you to use. We also have a high-res projector that is ideal for either client presentations, or simply chilling out watching sci-fi films over lunch. There's a modern kitchen with working cooking facilities, available fridge space and a fantastic Gaggia coffee machine that you are welcome to use.
There is also 1 parking space that you can use until 17:30 each day. We provide all of the furniture and will only allow for smaller items to be brought with you. There is some space for storing things, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate bigger and more permanent items. Visitors are more than welcome, but please let us know 24 hours in advance. We have cleaners who come fortnightly.
The Homeowners (Katie and Alex)
We are a young couple, working in the media sector in nearby Camden. Given that most of our time is spent at work or socialising, we are delighted to offer our home to a small business needing internet, cushions and caffeine to make a success of themselves. We are open minded about living alongside a business that is friendly, sociable and appreciative of our home.
As we are often out of the house, we will give each member of your business a set of house keys, allowing easy access during the day. This space is available during the working week, but timings are relatively flexible until around 19:00 when we arrive home. The house is completely yours until then.
