The space on offer is a bright and modern living room in a one bed flat - just a short walk from London Bridge. There is ample room for four people to work at the main table in the living room, plus space on the sofa or balcony to sit as well (or the beanbag..!). The bathroom is brand new, and the kitchen has all the facilities you could possibly need for coffee/lunch etc.
The flat is used on-off during the week so you would have the space to yourself for the most part. One key benefit is the great location - the flat is moments from both London Bridge and Tower Bridge, as well as Bermondsey and St Katherine's docks, meaning tonnes of great restaurants nearby.
The Homeowner (Will)
I'm a young professional working in Finance - I travel around a lot during the week so would be out of your hair most of the time. I like to keep the flat tidy and clean, but apart from that I'm just looking for a fun small business to use the space when I'm not!
The Location (Southwark)
Southwark is home to a large number of London's great sites; Shakespeare's Globe, the Tate Modern and Tower Bridge. Just south of the City, Southwark is well located for all types of businesses who want to be near the action, with the added bonus of the myriad of culinary delights hidden in Borough market.
